Check vrbo.com (vacation rentals by owner) Usually there will be a review or guest book associated with each condo, so you can see how other renters enjoyed it.
LakeHavasuResorts.com or QueensBayResort.com I think they have condos right on the channel by the London Bridge. Good time to go in Sept.
